What does our Pricing include?
Pricing is all inclusive. Short moves are at our hourly rate per hour, minimum 4 hours.
Pricing for longer moves differs on the distance and what is required for the move. You would be given a fixed rate. Pricing will cover all your needs.
What sort of industry experience do you have?
Over 30 years’ combined experience in packing, relocating state wide.
Will my valuables be protected?
Yes, your valuables will be protected. We supply Boxes, Plastic, Paper, and Moving Blankets, if required.
How will the company protect my home?
Floor coverings will be used, furniture wrapped to minimize any damage.
Are you Insured?
Yes, we are Insured with Transit Insurance through Cowden’s Insurance Brokers.
How do you handle complaints?
We will try our best to handle your complaint, and do our best to rectify the situation, in a positive manner.
Do you provide packing and unpacking?
Yes, we provide packing and unpacking at a separate price per carton.
We offer FREE delivery for purchased Packing Materials in the Shoalhaven area. Professional packing ensures that all fragile and other items arrive at the destination without breakages.
What other facilities do you offer?
We offer Storage Facilities. Long term and short term. At a separate cost, pricing is by the cubic metre.
How far do you travel for removals?
We are Australia wide, including Local, Sydney, Rural, and Interstate.
